Phil Allamong holds a BS in Social Science from Drexel University and a  Doctor of Naturopathy degree from Trinity College of Natural Health. He has been board certified by the American Naturopathic Certification Board. He is also a Master Level Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Massage Therapist as well as a Certified Tai Chi for Wellness™ Instructor.

Tai Chi is what seems on the surface to be an easy, simple, slow moving, purposeful form of movement from the East. It continues to be overlooked by most as an easy way that anyone can help to maintain health not only physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well.
Anyone who has taken any Tai Chi classes can attest to the fact that after an hour of Tai Chi you know that you have been doing something.

Tai Chi can be a tool anyone can use to either maintain health and wellness but also to regain it. Phil continues to teach classes of Tai Chi for Wellness™.when the opportunities present themselves. He will also teach classes at your location with six or more of people. Tai Chi for Welness™ is a series of 10 different Tai Chi movements with 5 warm up exercises that anyone can do. It is usually taught at one hours sessions over 10 weeks although the schedule may vary depending on the venue.
We would encourage everyone to consider Tai Chi as part of their regimen to stay health and happy.
